Department of Fashion Technology
Students learn the knowledge and techniques of fashion "making" from the basics in a practical and theoretical manner. In the first year, students learn the basics of fashion making in a practical and theoretical manner, and in the second and subsequent years, students can freely learn according to their individual personalities and future goals through a cross-disciplinary study system. The program offers three fields of study: one for employment in the apparel industry, one for planning, development, and research in the diversified fashion-related industries, and one for scientific fashion planning, development, and research. Upon graduation, students are expected to be active in a wide range of fields beyond the apparel industry, such as designers, pattern makers, and other professionals, as well as career-track positions, teaching positions, and research positions.

Department of Fashion Sociology
Students approach things from the perspective of fashion from the large academic system of "social science," and learn about society and its relationship with people. The interesting feature of this program is that it allows students to explore a wide range of phenomena related to clothing and its surrounding areas from business, economic, historical, psychological, cultural, and other perspectives. By making everything surrounding fashion a theme of study, we will understand and analyze the environment in which fashion is currently situated. In addition, based on the department's educational goal of "independent learning," we have established a curriculum that allows students to acquire not only specialized academic skills, but also the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of society in a step-by-step manner. Many of our graduates are active in a variety of industries, including advertising and marketing, IT and information services, travel and tourism, as well as the fashion industry.
