Chukyo University, which has continued to lead sports universities in research, education and sports practice, is evolving into a comprehensive sports science faculty.
The School of Health and Sport Sciences at Chukyo University has produced researchers who support sport science research in Japan, athletes who are active at home and abroad, health leaders in the community and in business, and health and physical education teachers. In the years ahead, technological innovations such as IoT and AI will change the way people live in our society, and the potential of sport will expand greatly in diverse fields. In view of these changing times, The School of Health and Sport Sciences at Chukyo University has begun a new chapter in its history with the addition of the Department of Health Science and the Department of Sport Management in April 2021, creating a new five-discipline structure.
