Applied Culinary Arts and Management Course

Through practical training in restaurant management, students become chefs with both a technical and managerial perspective.
Set in an open "Restaurant Classroom",
Students cook and serve original course meals to customers.
Under the same standards of hygiene management as in an actual restaurant, the students will be involved in all aspects of the restaurant training, from food inspection, preparation, and finishing to service and business management.
