We will train interpreters and translators who have acquired communication skills who will be responsible for the future of Japan-China relations.
The qualities required of an interpreter / translator are language ability, but it does not mean that "being able to learn a language" = "being able to interpret / translate". Interpreters / translators need not only the ability to use foreign languages, but also the ability of their native language, the specialized skills of interpreters / translators, and a wide range of education. This department, without relying on the qualities and experience of each student, we acquire specialized skills and skills as an interpreter / translator while theoretically improving language proficiency and understand, become a professional in the borderless society of the 21st century. We provide practical education to develop human resources with excellent human communication skills who can play an active role as interpreters and translators.
