Many of our graduates are active at the forefront of the industry as computer graphics creators.
In 1979, the Department of Computer Graphics became the first in Japan to offer specialized education in computer graphics, and many of its approximately 5,000 graduates have gone on to work at the forefront of the industry as computer graphics designers. Many of our approximately 5,000 graduates have gone on to work at the forefront of the industry as CG designers in a variety of fields, including games, animation, movies, and commercials. The department has always been trusted by the industry and has maintained a good track record of employment with top companies since its establishment, thanks to the strong pipeline of graduates who are active in the industry.

Graduates participated in the production of the "Final Fantasy" and "Pretty Cure" series.

Our graduates have directed the "Pretty Cure" and "GODZILLA" movie series. In addition, graduates have participated in the production of "Final Fantasy", "Hatsune Miku", "Monster Hunter", "The Legend of Zelda" series, "Demon Slayer - Kimetsu no Yaiba-", "Pokemon", etc.

Active in the CG, game, and animation industries

In the first year, students study a wide range of CG basics, and in the second year, they are divided into the "Game CG Major" and "CG Animation Major. As the first school in Japan to start CG education, we have many contacts with the CG and visual image industry through our long track record, and we have abundant opportunities to conduct classes in cooperation with companies. In recent years, more than 200 students have cooperated in the design and modeling of some of the mob characters in "The Dragon and the Freckled Princess.
