Buildings and cities destroyed by giant dragons, monsters made of shifting water, and heroes who reciprocate with magic. Students learn advanced CG techniques such as destruction and explosions that appear in high-end video productions, and CG effects of fluids that look like live-action. After graduation, students aim to become technical CG creators who can produce CG using programming techniques.

Become a technical CG creator

This is a rare department in Japan that has introduced a curriculum optimized for the training of technical CG creators, who are in short supply in the global CG/VFX industry.

Acquire technical skills required by the CG industry, such as Houdini, NUKE, MEL, and Python

Students learn technical tools such as Houdini and NUKE, which can handle particularly complex and advanced expressions in the CG/VFX industry, and programming languages such as MEL and Python, which are used to customize software and automate tasks.

Many graduates with advanced skills are active both in Japan and overseas.

Many of our graduates have participated in many high-profile productions, including the "Fantastic Beasts" series, "The Avengers" series and other Marvel productions, "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," NHK's "Chico Will Scold You!" and many other high-profile productions.
