Learn more advanced techniques in the homeland of French cuisine
For one year, students learn the basics of cooking in the Chefs' Regular Course and obtain a chef's license. After graduation, students go to France to study at Tsujicho Group's French school in Lyon, France, where they experience highly realistic simulation training and five months of on-site training (STARGE), acquiring basic cooking skills and authentic techniques over two years. Students who choose this course at the time of enrollment will receive special "Study Abroad Life Support" classes throughout the year to help them prepare for their overseas study, and will also be able to apply in advance and take advantage of tuition reductions and exemptions.
