The first year is for cooking and the second year is for confectionery, with the aim of acquiring two qualifications in two years.
"I want to acquire both cooking and confectionery skills to open my restaurant in the future," "I can't decide whether to pursue a career in cooking or confectionery". During the initial year of the program, students acquire a chef's license, while in the subsequent year, they enroll in the confectionery hygiene course again to acquire the necessary qualification to sit for the confectionery hygiene exam.
