Double up your expertise in just two years - master the art of confectionery and cooking!
During the first year, students acquire expertise in confectionery techniques, encompassing Western and Japanese confectionery, and bread making through a dedicated class. In the second year, students re-enroll in the "Chefs' Regular Course" to acquire culinary skills. The ultimate objective of the program is to enable students to obtain two prestigious certifications - a confectionery hygiene certificate and a chef's license.
