Double up your expertise in just two years - master the art of confectionery and cooking!
Upon gaining expertise in confectionery skills, particularly in Western-style confectionery, during the first year, students will re-enroll in the "Chefs' Regular Course" in the second year to acquire culinary skills. The primary objective of the program is to enable students to achieve two prestigious qualifications - a confectionery hygienist certificate and a chef's license.
