Upon completing a year of studying the fundamentals of Western confectionery techniques in Japan, students can enroll in the Tsujicho Group France School for a five-month program focusing on advanced culinary techniques through simulated practical training and on-the-job experience at a renowned local patisserie. Students who opt for this course during enrollment may apply in advance and receive comprehensive life support for their study abroad experience immediately.
