Culinary Arts and Management Course
Students master specialized cuisine in two years and study culinary arts comprehensively in order to realize their dreams.
During the initial year of their program, students acquire fundamental techniques for all genres of cuisine. In the subsequent year, they are given the option to specialize in either Western, Japanese, or Chinese cuisine, allowing them to deepen their expertise through frequent application and repetition of techniques. Apart from culinary skills, the curriculum is structured to foster communication and management proficiencies.
*Classes for the second year will be determined based on the survey of student preferences, and the results and attendance of the first year.
