Culinary Arts Course

A year of thorough study of the basics in a variety of classes and courses.
The main feature of the Culinary Arts program is that students can acquire basic skills in one year. In the "Culinary Arts Class," students learn all culinary styles, including French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese. The "Western Cuisine Class" specializes in Western dishes. Students can choose classes and courses according to their goals, such as the "Double License Course," in which they can re-enroll to the regular course of Tsuji Institute of Patisserie after graduation, or the "France School Study Abroad Course," in which they can learn advanced cooking techniques in France.
