Japanese Culinary Creative Management Course
Cultivating Japanese chefs with a global perspective, creative thinking, and management skills
The program provides students with not only high-level skills, but also a global perspective to face the world, creative thinking to create world-class Japanese cuisine, and strong managerial skills.
It is designed to nurture human resources capable of widely spreading the proud culture of Japanese cuisine both domestically and internationally.
*Even upon graduating from the Japanese Culinary Creative Management Course, obtaining a "Chef License" without examination is not possible. However, individuals with two or more years of practical cooking experience at restaurants are eligible to take the examination.
