In April 2024, a new confectionery course will be introduced at Tsuji Culinary Institute!

Confectionery Arts and Management Course

Two years of solid steps toward becoming a professional, from the basics to the advanced.
During the first year of the program, students are introduced to the fundamental techniques and knowledge of Western confectionery, Japanese confectionery, and bread making, and also develop a professional-level sense of taste. In the second year, students are given the option to specialize in one of three classes: Confectionery Comprehensive Class, Bakery and Café Comprehensive Class, or Western Confectionery Master Class. Through continuous practice of the skills acquired in the first year and more advanced studies, students can further enhance their expertise.
*Classes for the second year will be determined based on the survey of student preferences, and the results and attendance of the first year.
