Advanced Culinary Arts and Management Course

Three years of intensive learning in a small, elite group. Gain diverse off-campus experiences and long-term corporate internships. Become a chef who moves society and the world.
We aim to develop chefs who can make a positive impact on society and the world by harnessing the full potential of cuisine.
In addition to honing their culinary skills, including advanced cooking techniques, students engage in fieldwork and approximately five months of long-term corporate training to explore the relationships between people, society, and food. Through these experiences, they cultivate their "ability to think critically" in order to express their own themes and ideas through cuisine.
This department is designed for highly motivated students with a strong sense of purpose.
