Western Culinary Class

A year of intensive study of Western cuisine.
Students will learn specialized techniques and knowledge intensively, with a main focus on Italian and French cuisine. Under the guidance of top-notch professors who hold the experience of working in famous restaurants in Japan and abroad, even beginners can acquire the skills and knowledge needed to become professionals in one year. Upon graduation, students can obtain a "chef's license" without taking any examinations.
