This department offers a brief yet intensive curriculum that enables students to master all three genres of Western confectionery, Japanese confectionery, and bread baking in just one year. Emphasizing practical training, students develop their "ability to think and create independently" through a combination of theoretical and liberal arts classes. By providing a solid foundation for professional development, this program equips students with the skills to start their careers and excel in the industry.
